WinDeed Spider Search This new search facility provides you with a property ownership profile on a person or on a company. This is a national search - so you don't need to go into each Deeds Registry to get a complete ownership picture because we do it for you. The report shows properties that are currently owned by the person or company you are searching on. Listings are kept up to date on a daily basis. A historical record of ownership from 2002 is kept - so you can see previously-owned properties alongside the current ownership information. The WinDeed Spider Search also has another unique feature - the concept of Associated Persons. This means that your report will highlight property ownership information found through other channels: CIPRO: The search follows links into our CIPRO database, so will show where the person you are searching on is an active director of a company that owns, or has owned, property. Antenuptial Contracts: ANCs are registered at the Deeds Office. Where WinDeed has a record of an ANC against a person's name and can identify the other party to the contract, and that persons owns or has owned property, this information will also be listed. Co-ownership: If the person you are searching on co-owns property with another party, that party's name will also be shown. All of this information is aggregated from several WinDeed databases and bound together into a single consolidated report, as you will see below.
